Since 1979, the cycle ZWEIFELSGEWANN has been at the core of my photographic work:
For over 40 years, I have been going to “a small lake” in the Gemarkung «Zweifelsgewann». My photographs are taken in the evening light, between day and night, when the sunshine makes its final appearance, when the colors seem to become particularly vivid and radiant. My pictures are rather collaborations, resulting from an interaction with what comes up along the way—and sometimes I talk to the wind.
