| Erasmia Kadinopoulou (b. 1995, Athens, Greece) is a visual artist living and working between Basel, Switzerland, and Athens, Greece. She holds a BA in Fine Arts from the Athens School of Fine Arts. Working primarily with sculpture and installation, Kadinopoulou explores visibility, recording, and the ways material processes shape personal and collective narratives. Her practice incorporates light and light-based objects, photography, ready-mades, and printing techniques to examine how images, objects, and traces are translated across different material states. Through processes of accumulation, reproduction, and reaffirmation, her sculptures remain conceptually open, inviting multiple and shifting readings shaped by their material and spatial conditions. Her work reflects an ongoing interest in memory, perception, and the unstable relationship between presence and absence. Her work has been presented at Courtney Jaeger, Basel; Petrine Gallery, Paris; ΎΛΗ {matter} HYLE, Athens; Westfälischer Kunstverein, Münster; Chris Andrews Gallery, Montreal; Madame Leniού, Athens; Wschód Gallery, Warsaw; and Triangolo Gallery, London. |
